• It does not contain malicious code or unwanted advertising.

You retain ownership of your content, but you give Gurrkha permission to display, reproduce, and use it for operating and promoting the website.

User posts are reviewed before publication. We may refuse, edit, or remove content that does not comply with these Terms.

7. Products, prices, and orders

We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Taxes, delivery charges, and any applicable fees will be shown during checkout.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order before acceptance if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or affected by an obvious error.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

We ship worldwide.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 1–2 weeks, although actual delivery may vary depending on destination, customs, carriers, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country, unless the checkout states otherwise.

9. Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• You must contact us at info@gurrkha.com before sending it back and

• You must return it using a trackable delivery service.

You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Made-to-order or personalised products cannot be returned for change of mind.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy required by law.

Contact info@gurrkha.com as soon as possible and provide your order details and photographs where relevant. We may ask you to return the product so we can assess it.
