Thank you for shopping with GURRKHA. Because our apparel is custom-printed on demand just for you, our shipping and return workflows differ from traditional retail stores. Please read our policies carefully before completing your purchase.

 

1. Production and Processing Times

Every item you order is made to order.

• Production Time: It typically takes 2 to 7 business days for our manufacturing partner to print, stitch, and pack your order before it ships.

• Peak Seasons: Production times may extend slightly during high-demand holidays or sales events.

 

2. Shipping Destinations and Estimates

We ship to [insert your shipping destinations, e.g., Australia, New Zealand, USA, Worldwide]. Once production is complete, your order is handed over to a local or international courier.

• Estimated Shipping Times: Standard shipping generally takes [e.g., 5 to 15] business days, depending on your destination country.

3. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Failures

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

• Our automated fulfillment system routes orders directly to production using the exact address you provide.

• We are not liable for lost or missing packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

• If a package is returned to our manufacturer due to an invalid address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fee to have the package delivered again.

 

4. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Because your garments are custom-made on-demand at the exact time of purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

To avoid sizing issues, please strictly consult the detailed Size Guide provided on each product page before submitting your order. Once an order is placed and sent to production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

 

5. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We want you to love your apparel! If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or structural damage, we will gladly arrange a free replacement.
